Following on from last months' victory in the Arctic Systems Case HMRC have announced that they will seek to close this perceived 'loophole'.

Given HMRC's stance on tax planning this is a predictable move. However there are currently a number of tax planning opportunities which may only have a limited "shelf life" and it is important therefore to act sooner rather than later. Please see the article below for more information.
