LiveWire - September 2009

Welcome to the September edition of Livewire.

This month is such a busy one and it's easy to let things slip, so we focus Livewire on the most current business and regulatory issues affecting our clients.

Top of the list is cash flow management - if this is an issue for you, read our guide giving tips to avoid a crunch.

If you are in the construction industry, our interpretation of the continuing changes to employment status and new penalty regimes contains very relevant information.

We also explain a slight amendment to the pension contribution rules which is welcome news for higher rate tax payers.

And finally, have you had a phishing email from HMRC? Make sure you don't fall victim to identity fraud.

Please contact Lesley Stalker, Simon Paterson or Paul Webb on 0870 2255220 for more information.
