Welcome to our July LiveWire. If the results of a recent survey by a recruitment firm are anything to go by, the hot weather could well be impairing our creativity and ability to carry out our jobs. It has been reported that an excessively hot working environment could result in tasks taking as much as 25% longer than normal! With temperatures hitting record levels over the past few days, it may therefore be advisable to scrutinise any claims for overtime very carefully! As ever we would love to hear from you and if there are any topics you would like to see featured in future editions of LiveWire, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards Lesley Stalker |
