Offshore Disclosure |

The Sunday papers have been awash with stories about offshore disclosure all summer but matters are intensifying now that HMRC have been granted access to the records of an additional 300 banks.
Through HMRC’s newly launched NDO (New Disclosure Opportunity) HMRC are looking to ensure that UK resident and domiciled individuals are declaring all their worldwide income.
